ABOUT

At the core of Kleindienst Group's success is a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating extraordinary experiences. Under the leadership of Josef Kleindienst, the company has embarked on its most ambitious project to date: The Heart of Europe, a USD 5 billion upscale mixed-use island destination within the World Islands in Dubai.

Once complete, The Heart of Europe will include more than 20 hotels and resorts, over 4,000 upscale homes for residents and tourists, more than 50 yearly attractions, create more than 4,000 jobs, employ over 1,600 skilled staff, and result in a destination of choice for a vacation, second home, or simply a taste of Europe in Dubai.

VISION

Sustainability is a core value at Kleindienst Group, with The Heart of Europe incorporating solar energy, zero-discharge, and zero microplastics policies. The company's commitment to environmental stewardship is further demonstrated by its Coral Institute, which is dedicated to restoring coral reefs and marine life.

Beyond The Heart of Europe, Kleindienst Group is also making waves in the shipbuilding industry with a new construction yard in Ras Al Khaimah. This facility will produce high-quality superyachts and mega-yachts over 100m in length, marking the first time such vessels will be manufactured in the Middle East.

Through the Austria Business Center in the UAE, Kleindienst Group is also working to strengthen economic ties between Austria and the UAE by attracting foreign direct investment and creating opportunities for Austrian businesses in the region.
